Processing times

Even though products are not made to order, but in batches, part of the process still depends on the order (ex: paint-job) and might take a couple days to process. Please allow 7-10 business days for the order to be processed before it is shipped.

 

International orders

All orders are shipped with signature on delivery.

We do not cover duties and taxes, these fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Packages that are abandoned or refused due to refusal to pay these fees will not be issued a refund, even if the package is returned to us for this reason. 

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be placed within 24 hours of placing your order.
Due to the nature of our production process, cancellations past this time will not be able to be processed.
