The depth of clay removed is based on extrapolated soft tissue thickness at various craniometric landmarks, derived from CT scans and medical surveys on research-gate.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI do not have actual CT scans from Arnold so obviously there is some artistic interpretation there :) A lot of skull features, foramina variations, etc, can be linked to ethnicity and heritage.
